Laughter really is the best medicine, as the old saying goes. It is a cheap medicine that cures all diseases. It brings happiness and a feeling of lightness. Laughter is a natural reaction when one is happy. If we want to use this medicine, we should try to always be happy. Happiness makes life more delightful. Happiness boosts our energy and is essential for a healthy life.

Children are naturally happy. They laugh very easily and have an insatiable desire for happiness. Adults usually forget about happiness and laughter. They even limit children's happiness, and always say, "How can we laugh with so many troubles in our lives? Life is not fun."
